• Our minimum charge is 2 hour, after the second hour we charge every 30 minutes ( 1/2 hourly rate).
  • Payment is accepted via EFTPOS, cash or online. 3% surcharge for all credit card payments apply.
  • Full payment required before UNLOADING. If Moving team decide to take payment before the start of the job estimated hours will be counted and the payment must be made same time. If not, late fee of $100.00 + GST applies and will continue to be charged every 24 hrs (capping at @ $500.00).
  • The jobs which will continue after 6 pm due to any delay or unforeseen circumstances, will qualify for after hour charges.
  • Any job starting after 6 pm due to customer or company’s discretion either will be done on a fixed price or will be postponed for next day on company’s discretion. Also it can be charged in advance on the basis of estimated hours before loading.
  • Company holds the right to take payment from customer in advance before starting the job, if required. This is at driver/mover’s discretion and customer may or may not be informed before.
  • All goods are carried at Owner’s Risk ONLY, please have your insurance organized. However, Goods are insured while truck is in transit only. Should any glass item breaks unless factory packed or electrical appliance fails to operate after transit, the company does not take any liability.
  • If the access is bad, we may need to shift items using Trailer and it would incur additional cost which needs to be borne by customer.
  • It is customer’s responsibility to ensure they provide safe and secure access (driveway/pathway/parking/etc.) to the property. If there are any bridges on the way, customer should inform us of any weight restrictions on that bridge at the time of booking.
  • If the access is bad, we may need to shift items using Trailer and it would incur additional cost which needs to be borne by customer.
  • There will be an extra charge of $60.00 each item for any extra-heavy (more than 90kg) /over-size items such as Pool table, Spa, Piano etc. It is customer’s responsibility to let us know in advance if they have any items of such nature.
  • $99.00+gst cancellation fee applies unless 48 hours notice is given. If a booking made within 48 hours is canceled, $99.00+gst cancellation fee will apply.
  • 1 free date / time change permitted (subject to availability). If canceled after the free change, cancellation fee of $99.00+gst applies.
  • All defaulting accounts will be referred to third-party debt collectors at defaulter’s expense.
  • Unless specified above prices are exclusive of GST and are quoted for 2 men+ truck.
  • Company withholds the right to delay the arrival time slot up to 2-3 hours if required due to unplanned and unforeseen circumstances. Customers are required to make necessary arrangements in advance if such situation occurs. Company shall not pay any compensation in such situations. Customers can not make any claims for this reason.
  • Misconduct and unacceptable behavior with any staff member(s) may result in the customer’s booking being terminated or further action being taken, at company’s discretion.
  • Any sort of refunds if done, will be strictly in the same bank account where the funds came from.
  • The company is not liable for the loss of any jewelry, precious items loss. Customers are requested not to hand over any cash, jewelry or such precious things to the movers.
